E-bike ride - Beginners ride to Taita Rock and Motutawa
An easy ride along The Beltway Cycle way and the Hutt River Trail. This is a great 10k ride and goes through Motutawa Avalon park, and shows a safe route back to Naenae.

An easy 10km ride along The Beltway Cycle way and the Hutt River Trail with a stop in the grounds of Christ Church in Taita. https://christ-church.org.nz/
Please bring water and a snack and clothes suitable for riding, including a rain jacket.

This bike is the Giant Talon hardtail mountain bike. It has good thick tyres and can be rode on trails and cyclepaths as well as roads. This is not for downhill mountain biking. This is a larger frame bike for a taller person with height 176-186cm

This is a great bike for anyone, solid and easy to get on or off. We have a few versions of this bike so you may get a Metro, a Magnum or a Melo Yelo step through on your ride. We will allocate the best bike size for you on the day.
